The origins of KnowledgeIQ stem back to 2008 and was developed by a partnership that specialised in ‘Digital & Transformation Strategies’, and created in conjunction with ANZ Bank as a custom Knowledge Management System for their contact centre staff.
The years following saw additional functionality added and deployed to meet the growing needs of other departments in ANZ and then in 2015 the software was listed as a public company –
Knosys, to enable dedicated focus and to make it available to other organisations in need of a knowledge management solution.
