The Quiz Feature 

The Quiz Feature is built into KnowledgeIQ and allows administrators to create entirely customised quizzes. Quizzes are multiple choice, and can have as many questions, answers and attempts as you like. All results are reportable, and can be used to ensure staff comprehension, and to provide coaching. The quiz is attached to a particular article meaning the user has some content to reference.  

When would you use Quizzes? 

 A quiz could be of great benefit in several circumstances, some of these being: 

• A new process has been published. This is a great time to attach a quiz to ensure the users understand the new article. Should you see results where there are many attempts, it would suggest users either don’t understand or are just guessing and so would be a good indicator that further education is required, or the article needs to be reviewed.
